Sea bream fillet, preserved lemon and olive sauce, parsley potatoes, ratatouille

Preparation :
Microwave: pierce the film, place the dish on a plate for 4 min at 800 watts
Oven: Take the tray out of the fridge 20 minutes before tasting.
Oven: remove the film, 30 min at 120°C.
