Delivery terms
Each order is carefully packaged in packaging suitable for the chosen mode of transport.
Delivery methods are automatically determined based on the product and the destination of the order.
On each product page, the delivery methods available for the product being viewed are indicated using pictograms.
At the shopping cart stage, a tool allows you to find out the delivery methods and rates according to the products selected and the destination you specify.
DHL shipping
Domestic and international delivery.
- Delivery in Europe : The oberweis.lu website delivers to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
- Delivery outside Europe : For orders outside the European Union, please contact our Customer Service department directly at : serviceclient@oberweis.lu
Monday through Friday : The minimum order time is 48 hours (depending on the destination indicated).
Please note: the date provided at the time of ordering corresponds to the date of shipment of the package and not to its date of receipt.
Price : depending on the weight and destination of the package.
For your information, all confectionery orders are automatically shipped by DHL.
Delivery by Oberweis
Delivery: to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and its border area within a radius of 75 km from our production workshop in Cloche d'Or.
Monday through Saturday, within 48 hours minimum.
The possible delivery times are as follows: 8:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., or 1:00 p.m. These times are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to traffic conditions and the number of deliveries to be made. You should therefore allow for a margin of plus or minus 30 minutes on the chosen time. An order requested for 8:00 a.m. may therefore be delivered between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m..
Furthermore, we would like to remind you that goods are delivered to the entrance of the building. Please ensure that they can be received promptly. If our driver has to wait for more than 10 minutes, he will be forced to leave with the goods, which will be invoiced to you.

Finally, each delivery will generate an invoice. For multiple deliveries on the same day, you will receive an equivalent number of invoices.
In-store pickup
Monday through Saturday, within 48 hours minimum.
Orders for bread and pastries are available as soon as our stores open. Products from our other ranges can be picked up from 10 a.m. at our Cloche d'Or store and from 11 a.m. at our other stores.
