Amendment / Cancellation

Cancellations and amendments of orders shall only be accepted by Oberweis if they are made at least 24 hours before the order delivery date.

Prices

Prices include all taxes. Transportation costs are excluded.

Delivery

Orders can be collected at the Oberweis stores listed on this website.

For company deliveries, costs shall be invoiced in accordance with the applicable rates. In addition, please note that orders delivered to companies require signature approval on the delivery note upon handover.

Payment Methods

Online orders must be paid by credit card. Orders taken in an Oberweis store are payable in cash or by credit card.

Any sum which remains unpaid on the due date appearing on the invoice shall accrue, automatically and without notice, late payment penalties equal to one and a half times the legal rate of interest, in addition to the inherent costs of the payment delay.

In case of delayed payment, Oberweis may suspend any order in process, without prejudice to any other course of action.

Complaints

The customer must ensure that the delivery is in line with their original order.

For any complaint to be accepted, it must be made at the time of delivery and be mentioned on the delivery note. Any dispute regarding the invoice can only be accepted within eight days following the invoice date.

Force majeure

Oberweis may be released from its obligations or suspend their execution where it cannot meet the latter due to a case of force majeure (demonstration, strike, blockade or transport issue, or accident affecting any of Oberweis’ premises).

Disputes

If no amicable agreement can be reached, all disputes shall fall under the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
